Elite Cricket is excited to announce that former NSW Blues pace bowling legend Wayne ‘Cracker’ Holdsworth will be conducting an intensive 14 week Off-Season Pace Bowling program.

Designed for fast and swing bowlers, the program is an ideal way to increase your skills and learn more about the art of fast bowling.

Headed by Wayne Holdsworth this intensive, structured program focuses on developing the correct technique to optimise performance and prevent injury featuring video analysis, a customised individual high performance strategy and comprehensive report

The program will run 5pm-6pm on consecutive Fridays commencing 6th May and concluding 5th August 2011.  Aspiring speedsters aged 12 -16 years will have the opportunity to learn from one of Australia’s finest pace bowling coaches.

To date Mark has amassed extensive professional experience as an elite player with the Tasmanian, the Prime Ministers XI, Australian XI and Australia ‘A’ teams and an array of clubs in the United Kingdom and New South Wales. Mark’s elite level cricket experience is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in physical education, which has enabled him to apply his knowledge of bio mechanics, skill acquisition, sport psychology and learning methodologies to his own career as a professional player and coach. His coaching credentials and expertise have been further enhanced through the attainment of his Level 3 cricket coaching accreditation from Cricket Australia. Mark has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, from Southern Cross University, Australia.
